StructuralcognitionoftractionbufferdeviceforelectriclocomotiveThestructure,performanceandstateofthetractionbufferdeviceaffectthelongitudinalsmoothnessofthetraintoagreatextent,andtheseriousdefectsmaycauseserioustrafficaccidents.Thetractionbufferdeviceisarrangedinthetractionbeamatbothendsofthebottomframeofthetrainbody,includingthecoupler,thebufferandthedeformationenergyabsorbingelement.Thelocomotive,vehiclesconnectedintoatrainandkeepacertaindistance,inthetrainoperationtotransfertractionorbrakingforce,alleviateandattenuatethechangeoftractionforceandbrakingforceinconsistentimpactandvibrationcaused.电力机车牵引缓冲装置结构认知牵引缓冲装置安装在车体底架两端的牵引梁内,包括车钩、缓冲器及变形吸能元件。将机车、车辆连接成列车并使其保持一定的距离,在列车运行中传递牵引力或制动力、缓和及衰减牵引力的变化和制动力前后不一致而引起的冲击和振动。牵引缓冲装置的本体结构、性能及状态在很大程度上影响列车运行的纵向平稳性,缺陷严重的情况下还可能引起重大的行车事故。
