ABSTRACT

Withthecontinuousexpansionandincreasingcomplexityofcivilengineeringconstruction,theimportanceofconstructionschedulemanagementhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Thisarticlefirstoutlinesthebasicconcepts,principles,andinfluencingfactorsofconstructionschedulemanagementincivilengineering,andthenexploresindepththemanagementstrategiesforcorelinkssuchasconstructionscheduleplanning,monitoringandadjustment,riskidentificationandresponse.Throughempiricalanalysis,thisarticletakesasubwayprojectinacertaincityasanexampletoelaborateonthechallengesfacedbyconstructionprogressmanagementinpracticeandtheapplicationeffectsofoptimizationstrategies.Theresearchresultsindicatethatascientificconstructionschedule,rigorousmonitoringandadjustmentmechanism,andeffectiveriskresponsemeasuresarekeytoensuringtimelydeliveryoftheproject,guaranteeingprojectquality,andcontrollingcosts.Inaddition,thestudyalsoproposedstrategiessuchasoptimizingresourceallocation,innovatingconstructiontechnology,andoptimizingconstructionorganizationmanagementtofurtherimprovethelevelofconstructionschedulemanagement.Thesestrategiesnotonlyprovideusefulguidanceforpracticalengineering,butalsooffernewperspectivesandideasforacademicresearchinthefieldofcivilengineeringconstructionschedulemanagement.
