摘 要:介绍了支承套零件数控加工工艺及编程。分析了支承套的结构及功用;材料主要有锻件和焊接件;分析了零件图,零件各部分的形状公差以及位置度的公差,及各种加工方法所能够达到的加工精度,如车能够达到IT7、磨能够到达IT5、镗能够达到IT7、钻孔达到IT11、扩孔达到IT9、绞孔达到IT7;合理的安排加工的顺序,使工序的安排合理,提高表面的精度;制定好机械加工工序卡片,制定过程中必须注意好精加工的余量,以便于粗加工的余量在精加工的时候得到修正;在编制的时候必须注意好主轴的转速、刀具的进给速度,不合理则会导致满足不到该有的粗糙度要求和精度,严重的时候可能会导致工件的报废;加工完后,对一些特殊的面进行必要的热处理,以提高其耐磨性能。

Analysis part drawing, see the shape of the part of the tolerance and the degree of tolerance position, and know all the processing method to reach the processing precision, such as car can reach IT7, grinding can reach IT5, boring to reach IT7, drilling? To IT11 dog, reaming, twisted hole to IT9 to IT7, etc. These parameters. So that it can reasonable arrangement of order processing, in order to rough machining headroom in finishing for the correction. Of course in the processing, for some special surface of heat treatment of necessary, to improve its wear-resisting performance! The whole article involves the process problems or most processing, involving of a broader. Therefore in the process of compiling must be careful, and have the patience to consider all sorts of problems.
0.引言:
随这现代加工制造业的发展,套筒类零件在机械设备中应用非常的广泛,大多起着支撑和导向的作用。对提高加工零件的刚度对提高工件的精度是必不可少的,而且在打孔和镗孔的时候,支承套起着必不可代替的作用。 但是支承套磨损严重需经常的更换,因此必须提高支承套的导向结构以及耐磨损的性能。利用数控加工技术与传统的加工工艺相结合起来,可大大的提高其加工的效率和精度以及工件的耐磨性能。
