pregnancy).Since(hestartofabstinence-onlyprograms,thefederalgovernmenthas
spentover$1.5billiononthem,buttheUnitedStatesstillhasoneofthehighestteen
pregnancyratesofanydevelopedcountry.Supportersofabstinence-onlyeducation
mostlythinkthatthemediaandacultureofcasualsexualbehaviorsaretoblameforthis
