摘要

本课题设计的是在诸多行业皆有很大应用需求的硬币自动分拣系统。硬币自动分拣系统不仅可以用于公交投币系统，还可以用于自动贩卖机、硬币游戏机等设备。该硬币自动分拣系统能够有效、准确地实现大量硬币的分拣和计数功能，便捷地解决公交公司、银行、商场等部门清点硬币时产生的大量人工成本问题。

本文提出了一种硬币自动分拣系统，它可以实现对硬币进行输送、分拣、计数、收集的功能。它性能优越、结构简单。该硬币分拣系统装置利用两种直径大小的分拣孔来进行分拣两类硬币，主要包括硬币输送设计、硬币分拣设计、硬币计数设计和硬币收集设计。为了提高分拣效率，本设计采用多通道同时分拣，同时用PLC控制，也实现了PLC与触摸屏的通信。可满足各行业清点硬币的需求，也为自动分拣系统的设计提供参考，具有广阔的应用前景。?

ABSTRACT

Thispaperdesignsanautomaticcoinsortingsystemwhichhasgreatapplicationdemandinmanyindustries.Theautomaticcoinsortingsystemcannotonlybeusedinthebuscoinsystem,butalsocanbeusedinvendingmachines,coingameconsolesandotherequipment.Theautomaticcoinsortingsystemcaneffectivelyandaccuratelyrealizethesortingandcountingfunctionofalargenumberofcoins,andsolvetheproblemofalargenumberoflaborcostsgeneratedbybuscompanies,banks,shoppingmallsandotherdepartmentswhencountingcoinsconvenientlyandeffectively.

Thispaperpresentsakindofautomaticsortingsystemforcoins,whichcanrealizethefunctionsofconveying,sorting,countingandcollectingcoins.Ithassuperiorperformanceandsimplestructure.Thecoinsortingsystemdeviceusestwokindsofdiametersortingholestosorttwokindsofcoins,whichmainlyincludescointransportationdesign,coinsortingdesign,coincountingdesignandcoincollectiondesign.Inordertoimprovethesortingefficiency,thisdesignusesmulti-channelsortingatthesametimeandusesPLCcontroltheprocess,alsoachievesthecommunicationbetweentouchscreenandPLC.Itcanmeettheneedsofcoincountinginvariousindustries,butalsoprovideareferenceforthedesignofautomaticsortingsystem,
