高校资助育人实施现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

近年来高校资助育人工作开展总体值得肯定，但各项工作尚有不同程度的提升空间。本文采用问卷调查

法，对高校资助育人实施现状进行了调研，发现存在资助过程重“资助”，轻“育人”现象、资助对象

的确定不够精准、资助形式不够丰富等问题。进一步提升高校资助育人质量，需从保障高校资助工作制

度化、规范化，提高学生对发展型资助育人的正确认识；完善高校资助育人认定机制，提高资助育人精

准度；加大投入，扩大资助项目覆盖率，实现资助类型多样化等方面重点着力。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,theworkoffundingeducationincollegesanduniversitiesisgenerallyworthyof

recognition,butthereisstillroomforimprovementinvariousdegrees.Thispaperusestheques-

tionnairesurveytoinvestigatethecurrentsituationoftheimplementationassociatedtouniver-

sityfundingeducation,findingthattherearesomeproblemsinthefundingprocess,forexample,

thephenomenonofemphasizing“funding”andignoring“education”,theidentificationoffunding

objectsisnotaccurateenough,andthefundingformsarenotrichenough.Tofurtherimprovethe

qualityofuniversityfundingeducation,itisnecessarytoensuretheinstitutionalizationandstan-
