心电信号放大器 摘要:心电信号等各种生理参数都是复杂生命体发出的强噪声条件下的微弱信号,其幅度在10uV-5mV 之间,经过放大1000多倍才能被观察出来。频率范围为0.05Hz -100Hz,淹没在50Hz的工频干扰和人体其他信号之中。本设计根据心电信号特征设计一个性能良好的心电放大器,能够满足心电信号检测的要求。首先从人体体表采集心电电位的变化,经前置后,通过滤波和放大,得到的心电信号能够在示波器上显示出比较清晰的波形。在设计中采用低功耗、高精度的仪用放大器,即AD620作为放大器的前置级。为了提高前置级的共模抑制能力,采用了共模信号的抑制电路—右腿驱动和浮地跟踪。经前置放大器后,运用低通和高通滤波器的串联,对心电信号有效频率外的干扰进行滤波。并且采用双T网络构成的陷波器,对50Hz的工频干扰进行抑制。最后通过一个主放大将心电信号进一步放大,便于后面波形的显示。 关键词:心电信号;前置放大器;滤波;50Hz工频干扰 ECG amplifier Abstract: The electrocardiac signal is a kind of weak signal in the strong noise made by complicated organism .The amplitude of the electrocardiac signal is from 10uV to5 mV, and it can be observed only after enlarged by1000.The frequency changes from 0.05Hz to 100Hz, and it is inundated in 50Hz electric frequency signal and other body’s signals. This design requests according to heart electrical signal characteristic to design a well performance electrocardiogram amplifier, which can satisfy the requests of measuring the electricity signal of heart. Firstly, the original electrocardiac signal is colleted from the human body surface, passes the preamplifier, which can constrain disturbance , then passes the filter and the enlargement, and at last we can obtain the heart electrical signal, which can be demonstrated on the oscilloscope. This design uses an AD620 which features low power consumption and high precision as the preamplifier. The design adopts the circuit for constraining the in-phase signal, in order to improve the system’s CMRR. Followed the front amplifier are a high pass filter and a low pass filter, which can get rid of the disturbance. A dual T network forms a rejecter to suppress the disturbance of the industrial 50Hz frequency. After that, the signal gets pass a main amplifier to be further enlarge, so that it can be displayed later. The design of whole circuit is succinct.
