AbstractObjective：ToevaluatetheefficacyandsafetyoftraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationinthetreatmentofrheumatoid

arthritis.Methods：TherelevantstudiesoftraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationinthetreatmentofrheumatoidarthritiswereretrieved

fromCNKI，CBM，WanFangDatabase，VIP，PubMed，WebofScience，theCochraneLibrary，EMbaseandCINAHL.Thesearchperiod

wasfromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoMay30，2024.RevMan5.4.1softwarewasusedforMeta-analysis.Results：Atotalof18

studieswereincluded，involving1540patients.TheresultsofMeta-analysisshowedthatcomparedwiththecontrolgroup，traditional

Chinesemedicinefumigationcouldimprovethetotaleffectiverateofpatients（OR=2.94，95%CI2.10-4.12，P0.00001），reducethe

levelsofVASscore（MD=-1.02，95%CI-1.14--0.90，P0.00001），ESR（MD=-11.38，95%CI-12.26--10.49，P0.00001），

CRP（MD=-6.46，95%CI-7.84--5.07，P0.00001）andRF（MD=-39.22，95%CI-57.28--21.16，P0.00001），reducethe

numberofjointswelling（MD=-1.28，95%CI-1.38--1.18，P0.00001），jointtenderness（MD=-1.74，95%CI-1.94--1.53，P

0.00001）andmorningstiffnessofpatients（MD=-10.32，95%CI-11.52--9.12，P0.00001）.Therewasnosignificantdifferencein

theincidenceofadversereaction
