硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压的效果分析

摘要目的：分析硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压的效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2024年12月北华大学附属

医院收治的妊娠高血压患者94例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与试验组，每组47例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗，试验

组在对照组基础上给予硫酸镁治疗。比较两组血压、心率、检验指标、不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果：治疗前，两组收缩

压、舒张压、心率比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组收缩压、舒张压、心率降低，且试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。

试验组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组（P=0.014）。治疗前，两组尿素氮、血液黏度、尿蛋白水平比较，无统计学差异

（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组尿素氮、血液黏度、尿蛋白水平降低，且试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：硫酸镁联合硝苯地

平治疗妊娠高血压的效果显著，可降低血压和心率，改善检验指标，减少不良妊娠结局。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheeffectofmagnesiumsulfatecombinedwithnifedipineinthetreatmentofgestational

hypertension.Methods:Atotalof94patientswithgestationalhypertensionadmittedtotheAffiliatedHospitalofBeihuaUniversity

fromJanuary2019toDecember2024wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupand

experimentalgroup,with47casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithnifedipine,whiletheexperimentalgroupwas

treatedwithmagnesiumsulfateonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thebloodpressure,heartrate,testindicators,andincidenceof

adversepregnancyoutcomeswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Beforetreatment,therewasnostatistically

significantdifferenceinsystolicbloodpressure,diastolicbloodpressureandheartratebetweenthetwogroups(P0.05).After

treatment,thesystolicbloodpressure,diastolicbloodpressureandheartrateinthetwogroupsdecreased,andtheseparametersin
