2014(12) FOCUS 技术聚焦 20 14年12月 技术看点 纯电动汽车低压供电系统的 选型和分析 杨国亮柳熹马宇坤 (天津清源电动车辆有限责任公司) 摘要:电动汽车 电气系统需要为 常规低压 电器及辅助部件供 电,为确保整车电量平衡 ,需对供 电系统进行详细的计算和 选型。通过对汽车低压 电器用电量及 电器使 用频率系数的分析,计算 出 DC/DC 电压转换器满足纯电动轿车在各工况下所 需的功率及蓄电池所需容量。经过对整车低压用电器用电量的计算,为满足电动汽车对铅酸蓄 电池的要求,最终选取功 率为 2.16 kW 的 DC/DC 电压转换器和容量为 20 A ·h 的铅酸蓄 电池。经 3 万 km 的可靠性试验 ,证明该低压供 电系统的 选型和分析方法可靠有效。 关键词:纯电动汽车;DC/DC 电压转换器;铅酸蓄电池 Selection and Analysis of Battery Electric Vehicle Low Voltage Power Supply System Abstract: Electric vehicle electrical system needs to supply power for the traditional low -voltage electrical parts and the supplement device. This paper introduces the selection and analysis method for low-voltage power supply system in battery electric car development to balance the current capacity. The paper introduces the description from analyzing the consumed power and the rate of utilization for low voltage appliance to calculate the power and capacity that DC/DC converter should achieve in each working condition. 2.16 kW powered DC/DC converter and 20 A ·h lead-acid battery ultimately were selected to meet the requirements of lead-acid electric vehicle through calculating the consumed power for low voltage electric parts. After 30 000 km reliability test, it proves that the selection and analysis for low voltage power supply system is reliable.
