手术室细节化护理在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇剖宫产

护理中的效果分析

【摘要】目的探究手术室细节化护理在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇剖宫产护理中的效果。方法选取40例行剖宫产分娩的妊娠

期糖尿病孕产妇，根据信封法分为对照组（采用常规手术室护理）与观察组（采用手术室细节化护理），各20例，比较两组

护理效果。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖（6.15土0.31）mmol/L、餐后2h血糖水平（7.63土1.15）mmol/L均分别低于对照组的

（6.43土0.18）mmol/L、（8.51土1.17）mmol/L（P0.05）。观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论妊娠

期糖尿病孕产妇剖宫产期间行手术室细节化护理，可改善孕产妇血糖水平，并提高其护理满意度。

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheeffectofdetailednursinginoperatingroomincesareansectionnursingofpregnant

ResultsAftertheintervention,thefastingbloodglucoseleveloftheobservationgroupwas(6.15±0.31)mmol/L,andtheblood

glucoselevelofthe2hpostprandialgroupwas(7.63±1.15)mmol/Llowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(6.43±0.18)mmol/Land

(8.51±1.17)mmol/L,respectively(P0.05).Thenursingsatisfactionscoreoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthan

thatofthecontrolgroup(P0.05).ConclusionThedetailednursingintheoperatingroomcanimprovethelevelofbloodsugar

andthesatisfactionofnursingforpregnantwomenwithgestationaldiabetesaftercesareansection.
