摘 要
冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用广泛。随着当今科技的发展, 工业生产中模具的使用已经越来越引起人们的重视,而被大量应用到工业生产中来。冲压模具可以大大的提高劳动生产效率,减轻工人负担,具有重要的技术进步意义和经济价值。关键词:Abstract
The stamping dies are widely used in the actual industrial production. With the development of science and technology, the use of molds in the industrial production has drawn increasing attention, be applied to industrial production. Stamping dies can greatly improve labor productivity, reduce workers burden, and has important significance of the technological progress and economic value.
This design is a diagram of a given product stamping die design. The choice of the stamping process through access to relevant information and careful analysis of the product shape on the basis of the choice of stamping dies; on the basis of comprehensive consideration of many factors in the economy, parts stamping process as well as the complexity of; product rough expand the size of the calculation in the convenience of construction without affecting the molding under the premise simplify to the familiar model. Also the principle of selection and the selection method of metal forming parts, and other related parts, instructions, and also the shape of the rough of several products to expand the size calculation methods and simplify the model, as well as stamping die design and the need to use several reference inspection of the books.
