Party B shall not be responsible for any inspection mistakes incurred. Party B must inspect goods before putting goods into storage and inform Party A immediately when any discrepancy and damages happen.Party B shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Products stored in the Warehouse, however caused, except for loss or damage to such Products caused by or arising solely from failure by Party B, its agents or employees, to exercise such care in regard to them as a reasonably careful person would exercise under like circumstances, and for which Party B shall be legally responsible. 第三条〔业务指令〕 1、对于甲方
