内蒙古财经大学双学士学位论文内蒙古产业投资基金发展存在的问题及对策作者院系专业年级学号指导教师教师职称2016年3月23日内容提要自国家发展改革委等十部委联合出台《政府投资企业管理暂行办法》正式提出鼓励地方政府设立创业投资引导基金以来，中国创业投资引导基金取得了飞快的发展。为中国创业投资行业发展提供了契机，尤其是为科技型中小企业解决融资难问题。也正是由于这个背景，内蒙古地区的产业投资基金也随之发展起来，这些产业基金发展，不仅为内蒙古地区的企业带来了发展前进的动力，也为内蒙古地区的金融市场带了拓宽的渠道，实现了内蒙古地区金融市场的完整性和多样性。本文通过对内蒙古地区的产业投资基金进行综合的分析，提出现阶段在内蒙古地区发展产业投资基金存在的一些问题，最后结合内蒙古地区的实际情况，提出一些关于产业投资基金的发展建议。关键词：产业投资基金 金融 引导AbstractSince 10 ministries and commissions such as the national development and reform commission jointly issued the interim measures for government investment management officially proposed to encourage local governments to set up venture capital guidance funds， since Chinas venture investment fund has achieved rapid development. Also it is because of this background， the industrial investment fund in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region has been developed， the industrial development fund， not only for enterprise to bring the development momentum in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region， also for the financial markets in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region with broaden the channels， has realized the Inner Mongolia region diversity and integrity of the financial markets.
