摘 要
进入二十一世纪以来,我国经济实现了高速的发展,人民的生活水平得到了很大的提高,消费结构也发生了深刻的变化,旅游业成为了仅次住宅、食品的第三大消费项目,由此也带来了酒店业的蓬勃发展。在酒店业的发展过程中知识型员工所扮演的角色越来越重要,成为了企业的核心竞争力,其加盟对酒店来说不仅是知识创新的加入,而且还能给酒店带来新气象,引领其往更好的方向发展。但与此同时,知识型员工的流失率在近几年来也是又增无减的,严重的制约了酒店的长远发展,造成知识型员工的频繁流失的原因是多方面且生层次的。本文立足酒店行业的现状,从酒店管理经营状况、员工自身价值、学校教学的视角下来分析知识型员工高流失率的根源,同时笔者也将通过以内蒙古宾悦大酒店为例运用自身所学知识并结合国内外知识型员工的研究来针对性提出留住知识型员工的解决方法和措施。

ABSTRACT
Since twenty-first Century, Chinas economy has achieved the rapid development, peoples living standard has been greatly improved, the consumption structure has undergone profound changes, the tourism industry has become second only to housing, food consumption of the third major projects, which has brought about the rapid development of the hotel industry. Knowledge workers in the course of the development of hotel industry plays a more and more important role, has become the core competitiveness of enterprises, the alliance to the hotel is not only into the knowledge innovation, but also to bring a new atmosphere in the hotel, lead to the better development direction. But at the same time, the knowledge staff turnover rate in recent years was unabated, which seriously restrict the long-term development of the hotel, the cause of frequent loss of knowledge workers is various and graduate level. This paper introduces the situation of the hotel industry, analyzes the knowledge staff high turnover rate of root down from the hotel management business situation, their own value, the school teaching perspective, at the same time I also will pass to Inner Mongolia Binyue Le Grand Large Hotel as an example to use their own knowledge and based on domestic and foreign knowledge workers to put forward to solve method and measures of knowledge workers
