本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：我国牛奶业上市公司股利分配政策探究 ： 专 业： 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师 ： 2015 年 6月摘要 股利分配是指上市公司向股东分派股利，是上市公司利润分配的重要组成部分，对投资者、市场以及上市公司本身都会产生重大影响。持续、稳定的股利分配政策在实现股东利益最大化的前提下，也有利于资本市场和企业自身的健康发展。就目前牛奶业上市公司股利分配政策来说仍存在不足，本文以国内常见的六家牛奶业上市公司为例，分析说明上市公司需要制定科学合理的股利分配政策。本文首先对股利分配和股利分配模式的相关内容进行概述，介绍了我国目前上市公司常见的股利分配方式；其次，通过分析这六家上市公司近五年的股利分配情况，说明该行业的股利分配情况，同时分析出存在的问题和产生问题的原因；第三，针对牛奶业制定何种股利分配政策，给出一定的建议；最后，根据本文的研究情况进行总结。 关键词: 股利分配；分配方式；Abstract Dividend distribution is refers to the distributing dividends to shareholders of listed companies, listed companies is an important part of the profit distribution, for investors, market and listed company itself will have a significant impact.
