医疗废物处置设施建设规划实施现状及对策分析

摘要文章在分析我国医疗废物处置设施建设规划的实施现状的基础上，针对存在的问题（处置能力不足、收集与

转运体系不完善、信息化管理水平低、法律制度不完善等），提出了对应的对策建议：首先，可以通过新建、扩建医疗废

物集中处置设施，来确保每个县（市）都能够建成医疗废物收集转运处置体系，之后再逐步覆盖到农村地区；其次，进一

步提升信息化管理水平，通过建立全国医疗废物信息化管理平台来实现信息的互通共享；再次，要完善法律制度及健

全法律法规体系，不断明确各环节的责任主体；最后，要增强应急处置能力，通过评估现有设施、适度超前建设应急备10

用设施、利用现有危险废物处理设施等方式，来提升医疗废物应急处置能力。
