一、培养目标Objectives

本专业培养具有坚定政治信仰，能坚持正确的政治方向，具备优良的道德品质、良好的心理素质；掌握政治学与行政学专业理论，包括基本理论素养、专门知识，以及较强的政治和政策分析和行政管理的能力，具备政治思维、管理能力和素质、团队合作精神；具有较强综合素质，包括较好国际视野、中国情怀和健全人格，掌握理论思考、社会调查、实证研究、政策分析、组织协调等方法；掌握现代科学研究方法，具备解决专业问题能力，能在党政机关、企事业单位和社会团体从事教学、科研、行政管理和决策支持等方面工作的复合型专门人才。学生也可进一步学习，为未来从事政治学、行政管理等研究工作奠定基础。

1、基本要求（EssentialRequirements）

“辅修专业”是指在校本科生在保证完成主修专业的同时，学有余力，根据学校有关规定，经自愿申请，学校考核同意，修读辅修专业课程，成绩合格者即可获得辅修专业证书。
