二、毕业要求GraduationRequirements

本专业要求学生系统掌握法学的基本理论和基础知识，受到法律思维和法律实务的基本训练，能理论联系实际，具有运用法学理论及方法分析、解决实际问题的能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：

掌握国内现行法律的知识，初步具备从事法学研究的基本能力；

2、具备从事法律实务的职业技能，能应用法学理论和法律规则解决法律纠纷；

4、具有良好的口头、书面表达能力和和逻辑思维能力；

5、掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法；

6、具备外语听说读写能力。

Thismajorrequiresstudentstosystematicallymasterthebasictheoriesandbasicknowledgeoflaw,receivebasictraininginlegalthinkingandlegalpractice,beabletointegratetheorywithpractice,andhavetheabilitytouselegaltheoriesandmethodstoanalyzeandsolvepracticalproblems.Graduatesshouldacquireknowledgeandcompetenciesinthefollowingareas:

1.Mastertheknowledgeofcurrentdomesticlawsandinitiallyhavethebasicabilitytoengageinlegalresearch;

2.Haveprofessionalskillstoengageinlegalpractice,andbeabletoapplylegaltheoriesandlegalrulestoresolvelegaldisputes;
