精品论文 参考文献 整体护理模式在手术室麻醉护理配合的应用观察 江苏省泰兴市第三人民医院 江苏泰兴 225400 【摘 要】目的 观察整体护理模式在手术室麻醉护理配合的临床护理效果。方法 选择泰兴市第三人民医院自2012 年2 月至2014 年12 月期间收治入院的拟行外科手术的80 例患者，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组40 例。对照组患者实施常规护理；观察组患者在一般护理的基础上，实施手术室麻醉整体护理配合模式。观察两组医生对护理的满意度及两组患者对护理的满意度情况。结果 观察组医生对护理的满意度明显优于对照组；观察组患者对护理的满意度明显优于对照组。两组相比差异显著，均具有统计学意义（P lt;0.05）。结论 手术室麻醉护理配合实施体护理模式，无论是医生对护理满意度，还是患者对护理的满意度，都比较高，有效促进了医护和护患关系的和谐，效果显著???值得广泛推广。 【关键词】整体护理模式；手术室；麻醉；配合 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of holistic nursing model in operation room anesthesia nursing.Methods80 peoples Hospital of Taixing city from February 2012 to December 2014，40 cases of patients admitted to hospital surgery，were randomlydivided into observation group and control group，two cases in each group，third cases in each group.The control group received routinenursing；the observation group was based on the general nursing，the implementation of the overall nursing care in operation room.Toobserve the two groups of doctors in nursing satisfaction and the satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group；The satisfaction of the observationgroup was significantly better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P lt;0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care in operation room with the implementation of the model，whether it is a doctor to nursing satisfaction，orpatients with satisfaction，are relatively high，effectively promote the relationship between doctors and nurses，the effect is remarkable，isworth a wide range of promotion. 【Key words】Integrated nursing model；Operation room；Anesthesia；Coordination 【中图分类号】TU246.1+4【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2096-0867（2015）-09-175-02 麻醉是一项高风险的医疗活动，是手术得以顺利实施的先决条件及手术成功的必要前提，患者麻醉前、麻醉状态下、麻醉后的相关护理也是提高手术成功率的重要环节[1]。泰兴市第三人民医院手术室护理组选择在本院收治的拟行外科手术的患者，分别实施常规护理和手术室麻醉整体护理配合方案，观察其护理效果。现报道如下： 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料 选择泰兴市第三人民医院自2012 年2
