SMT中印制电路板的设计与制作工艺

摘要：随着科技的发展，各种各样的电子产品涌入市场，而电路板是电子产品的基础，因此印制电路板技术显得的越来越重要。随着市场的竞争，使得电路板中基板的选择、布线、元器件的布局、焊盘的设计等相应的设计要求也随之提高，印制板设计的好坏直接影响到产品的质量与生产效率以及生产成本。

本文首先介绍了PCB板的组成要素以及PCB基板的分类，接着对PCB板基板的选择、布线的方式、元器件的布局、焊盘的设计以及基准点的制作要求进行了详细的讲述，进而阐述了对PCB板的加工方法和加工方法的选择依据，最后对PCB的缺陷进行了分析并提出了相应的解决对策。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandthewidespreadpopularizationofelectronicassemblytechnology,printedcircuitboardhasbecomemoreandmoreimportant.Withthecompetitioninthemarket,thecorrespondingdesignrequirements,suchastheselectionofthebaseboardofthecircuitboard,wiring,layoutofcomponentsandparts,andthedesignofweldingplate,havebeenimprovedaccordingly.ThequalityofPCBdesigndirectlyaffectstheproductquality,productionefficiencyandproductioncost.TohaveacompletePCBdesignproduct,youneedtocombinetechnologiestoformastandard.Standardsarelikeabridgeconnectingdifferentmaterialsandtechnologies,andalsothebasisofdifferentproductionstagesandproductacceptance.Facedwiththeaboveproblems,adetaileddescriptionofthePCBdesignisgiven.

Inthispaper,PCBboardisfirstintroduced,sothatreaderscanunderstandthebasiccompositionofPCBboard;ThenitdescribesindetailthePCBboarddesign,PCBsubstrateselectionrequirements,PCBwiringmode,thelayoutofcomponentsandsolderpad,thedesignrequirementsofreferencepoint,followedbythePCBboardproductionprocess
