However, E N there are still some problems, such as imitating the mode of administration of the Party and Government offices indiscriminately, the T Guerrilla-ism in management, doing things without the practical work and lacking of enterprise administrative system. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the appropriate mode of administration in enterprise and work based on the practice so as to build a new system of business administration in enterprise.
