近年来清扫机层出不穷,较为常见的是汽车清扫机,汽车清扫机的出现大大减少了人工。但汽车清扫机只能在主干道和平坦的公路进行清扫,且汽车清扫机结构复杂、成本高,使用数量较少,环卫工人的工作强度并未减少。电动清扫机逐渐发展起来,但是清扫机的蓄电池较重、电压变化等
针对这种情况,了一种扫式小型。城市住宅小区、厂矿、小街小巷等比较狭窄及有台阶的复杂路面。基于人杌工程学的设计理念和设计理论,从人性化设计、功能区的布局和总体造型3个方面对小型清扫车进行了创新设计。此设备属中小型清扫工具,可以对各种大小的垃圾进行清理,两侧的清扫刷可方便的清扫墙角及靠近障碍物的地方。其特点是操作方便,结构紧凑,节能环保。在实际使用中,得到很好的作业效果。
本文小型清扫车三轮式布局轮子是驱动轮,前面是转向轮子。主要包括、传动链、盘刷介绍了方案设计选择、齿轮的设计,以及的设计计算,的设计,扫盘的设计详细设计。确定出各个机构零部件的尺寸及型号后,并对其进行了校核以保证其能够满足设计要求。由于该设备的零部件相对比较普通易于制造,因此该设备的制造成本较低,是一种较为理想的经济实用的道路清扫工具。

The designing of a minitype hands push road sweeper
Abstract
A minitype hands push road sweeper is designed for road cleaning on complex roads which is compare narrow and has stairs in residential quarters of city, factory area, back street and so on. Combined with the future developing direction, based on ergonomics, a new small cleaning Vehi: ele wag designed. The innovating design considered humanization, aesthetics, and environment protection. The humanization design, function areas layout, and general modeling were introduced. This equipment is the medium and small sweeper, which can carry on the cleaning to each kind of trash. Both brushes can facilitate to sweep the wall corner and the near obstacle clearly. It features simple operation, compact structure, and high efficiency and it is better for energy conservation and environment protection.
The article introduces design theory, design plan of mostly parts and technology parameter of this vehicle. In this article, massive materials can be collected. One more ideal corridor sweeper design proposal has been determined by analysis and comparison of the different scavenging arrangement. Then the concrete structure design calculation can be made according to this plan. The structure of this equipment can be made more compacted.
