作者简介：唐鲁楠，男，大学本科/学士学位，车辆转向架技术员，助理工程师，主要从事地铁车辆转向架系统检修工作，tang_lunan@ 地铁转向架称重调簧分析及加垫计算 唐鲁楠 冯文慧 （南京地铁运营有限责任公司 江苏 南京210012） 摘 要转向架重量分配对车辆动力学性能有重要影响，调整转向架重量分配的主要方法是进行称重调簧试验，根据试验结果对一系钢簧进行加垫调整，属于超静定问题，即一个位置加垫会造成其他位置的载荷均发生变化，因此只能通过理论分析了解其变化规律并通过计算机分析计算得出最优解。本文以南京地铁车辆A型转向架为例，介绍了转向架称重调簧工艺及影响转向架重量分配的主要因素；通过建立转向架静力学模型，对转向架加垫进行理论计算，得出转向架重量分配与加垫量的关系，对所采用的加垫方法进行了验证；分析了转向架及车体状态下的轮重差及轴重差计算方法，并论述了两种称重试验的相互关系。 关键词 地铁车辆 转向架 称重 调簧 计算 Load test analysis and spring adjustment calculation of metro bogie Tang Lu-nan Feng Wen-hui (Nanjing Metro Operation Co., LTD，Nanjing Jiangsu，210012) Abstract: The bogie?weight distribution?has an important influence on?the dynamic performance of the vehicle, the main?method to adjust the?bogie weight?distribution?is load?test,and adjusted by shim-adding according to the test results.It belongs to the statically indeterminate problem,that one position load changes will lead to the others change ,so we can understand the changing law by theoretical analysis and the optimal solution through computer calculation.This article taking Nanjing metro type A bogie as an example, introduction the bogie load test and spring adjustment technology and the?main?factors influencing the?bogie weight?distribution. Calculation the bogie?shim-adding in?theory, get the relationship between the?bogie weight?distribution?and shim-adding, through the establishment of?bogie?static model. Analysis of the?wheel-load and axle-load difference calculation method between the bogie and train, and discuss the?relationship between?the?two kinds of weighing test. Key words: metro train;bogie;load test; spring adjustment; calculation  0前言 轨道车辆转向架轮、轴重量分配对车辆运行的动力学性能有重要影响，根据GB/T14894《城市轨道交通车辆 组装后的检查与试验规则》[1]及GB/T7928《地铁车辆通用技术条件》[2]要求，轮重偏差不得超过该轴平均轮重的4%，轴重偏差不得超过平均轴重的2%。如果轮重不均，且减载率过大的话，会对行车安全产生不良影响，还容易引起车轮多边形和轨道波浪形磨损[3]。 在车辆大修时，对转向架进行模拟加载称重并通过计算机对一系钢簧加垫量进行计算是调节地铁车辆转向架重量分配的主要方法，但是由于在某个钢簧上加垫引起该钢簧挠度变化的同时，其余位置钢簧的挠度也会同时发生变化，这就造成了载荷的重新分配，即通过加垫调整转向架重量分配属于多元超静定问题[4]，需要通过对加垫量进行不断的优化计算才能得到最终的加垫方法，对加垫
