论文题目: 筒壳压铸模CAD设计及CAE仿压铸是压力铸造的简称,其实质是在高压作用下,是液态或半液态金属以较高的速度充填压铸模型腔,并在压力下成型和凝固而获得铸件的方法。
本设计进行了一次筒壳的压铸模设计,对零件结构进行了工艺分析。通过对不同的压铸工艺方案分析,以及浇注系统、充填速度、温度、压力等工艺参数,进行压铸模结构设计分析;通过三维软件,对多零件进行三维造型,解决模具的结构设计,确定模具分型面。在此基础上,应用压铸CAE仿真充填、凝固过程,优化压铸模具结构设计。然后绘制模具装配图、零件工程图,同时校核模具关键零件的强度。进一步,编制型腔和型芯制造工艺卡片,最终表明该模具结构合理,制造工艺良好,工作可靠。

Shell of die-casting mold CAD design and CAE simulation forming
ABSTRACT
Die casting is an improved version of permanent mold casting. In die casting, the molten metal is forced into the mold or die under pressure.
In this theise, the structure process of Shell of die-casting were analyzed. The structure of pressure die-casting mould was designed through the analysis of various process planning and the calculations of technological parameters of filling system, speed, temperature, pressure, etc. By using 3D Pre/E software, the die-casting model and the mould structure had been drawed when mould surface was designed. On the basis, the design of die-casting mould structure was optimized through the application of CAE simulating the presssure filling and solidification course. Then, the mould assembly, parts were drawed and the intensity of the key parts was checked. Furthermore, the formulation of cavity and core manufacture process card was made. Finally, the result demonstrates that the die-casting mould is optimizational structure, the manufacturing process is reasonable and the action is reliable.
