- PAGE 10 - - PAGE II- 毕 业 设 计 题 目:履带式微耕机的结构设计(多配件) 院、 系: 姓 名: 指导教师: 系 主 任: 履带式微耕机的结构设计(多配件) 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 摘 要 在农业科技创新发展与城镇化快速发展的共同推动下,我国农村经济呈现出良好发展势头,社会经济发展水平不断提升的同时农业产业结构也出现了巨大变化。受城镇化的影响,大量农村劳动力逐渐转移至城市地区,导致农村劳动力资源不断减少,难以满足现代农业生产发展的需求,难以保证生产水平。因此,迫切需要一种全新的、小型化的农业设备提供灵活的、便捷的生产辅助,微耕机应运而生并表现出良好的发展势头。 现有微耕机多为柴油或汽油机提供动力,在工作的同时会产生震动、噪声,环境污染等一系列问题,因此本文设计将以电力作为动力,克服以上缺点,并采取履带行进的运动方式,提高微耕机的环境适应能力。 本文采用模块化的方法,将行进运动和作业运动分解,在结合现有微耕机的结构与原理的基础上,使用Pro/E和CAD等软件,完成了一种履带式微耕机的结构设计,并对驱动轮,旋耕刀等零部件进行了校核与干涉分析,保证了作业部件的强度与可靠性,最后对微耕机的发展趋势做了简单阐述。 本文设计的履带式微耕机结构简单清晰,易于操作,但同时,作为农用机械,没有设置很高的部件参数精度。 关键词 结构设计;微耕机;载荷分析;发展趋势 Structure design of crawler micro tiller (multi-accessories) Abstract Driven by the innovation and development of agricultural science and technology and the rapid development of urbanization, Chinas rural economy has shown a good momentum of development. With the constant improvement of the level of social and economic development, the agricultural industrial structure has also undergone great changes. Under the influence of urbanization, a large number of rural labor force is gradually transferred to urban areas, resulting in the continuous decrease of rural labor resources, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of modern agricultural production development and ensure the level of production. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new and miniaturized agricultural equipment to provide flexible and convenient production assistance. Therefore, the micro-cultivator emerges at the right moment and shows a good momentum of development. Most of the existing micro cultivators provide power for diesel or gasoline engines, which will produce a series of problems such as vibration, noise and environmental pollution while working.
