摘 要
本工程为青岛农业大学东苑宿舍4号楼建筑及结构设计, 选用框架结构,共五层,总高度为17.45米。为多层混凝土建筑,所处环境为抗震设防7度,第二类场地,第二组。建筑宽度为14.7米,长50.4米,总面积为4707.4㎡。在设计理念上,贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则,本次设计分为建筑与结构设计两部分。本计算书即为详细的计算过程。
设计书包含了建筑设计和结构设计两部分,建筑设计为建筑平面,立面还有剖面的设计,同时还包括楼梯及楼顶的设计,设计为五层,每层层高3.3米。结构设计为风荷载,地震荷载,恒荷载和活荷载作用写的内力组合,及最不利内力组合。还有楼板及其楼梯的钢筋配置和基础设计。计算选用第8轴,作为代表计算内力。设计中用软件计算结果与手算结果进行分析对比。

Abstract
this project is a ward building and structure design of , the frame structure, a total of five layer, the total height of 17.45 meters. For multi-storey concrete buildings, the seismic fortification of 7 degrees, second sites, second groups. The building is 14.7 meters in width, 50.4 meters long, a total area of 4707.4 square meters. In the design concept, carry out the design principle of practical, safe, economy, beautiful, this design is divided into two parts of architectural and structural design. This book is the detailed calculation process.
Design of the book contains two parts architecture design and structure design, architecture design for building plane, elevation and profile design, also including design steps and the roof, design for the five layer, no layer of 3.3 m high. Structural design for wind load, seismic load, internal force combination constant load and live load effect of writing, and the most unfavorable combination of internal forces. And the floors and staircases reinforcement and foundation design. The eighth axis is calculated, as a representative of internal force calculation. Design with the software calculation results and the calculation results are analyzed and compared.
