* DIY——Delicacy Beef On Toothpicks(牙签牛肉) Ingredients: 350g Beef (brisket胸肉 or flank侧腹) Some frying oil 20g Dry chillies (干辣椒) 1/2 tbsp Minced garlic (蒜末) 1 tsp Shredded ginger (姜丝) 2-3 stalk Scallions (葱) 1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns(花椒粉) 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds (熟芝麻) Marinade(腌料): 200ml Water 1-2 tsp Cumin powder (孜然粉) 1/2 tbsp Jiafan rice wine 1 tsp Caster sugar (砂糖) 2 tsp Cornstarch (玉米淀粉) 1 tsp soy sauce (酱油) Clean——Cut——Pound Clean the beef brisket (or flank), cut into 4cm pieces and pound (拍打) them into rectangular strips(长条), about 3 mm thick. Set the beef strips in a large bowl and add in peppercorn water and the rest of the marinade ingredients. Mix them until well combined. Place them in the fridge overnight. Chop the scallion and cut the dry chillies into smaller sections. Place water and peppercorns into a pot. Cook for 10 minutes over medium fire. Remove and cool. Skewer(串住) the beef strips with toothpicks. fry the beef in a frying pan with high temperature oil until they are cooked. Then drain(晾干). Stir-fry all ingredients (chillies, gingers, garlic and scallions) until fragrant. Return the beef to the pan, then sprinkle some peppercorns and roasted sesame seeds. Stir-fry until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Finished!!! Do you like watermelon? Ingredients: A Watermelon A bottle of yoghourt 20g Sugar chocolate Clean——Cut Clean the watermelon. Cut the watermelon into pieces and get rid of the seeds. Put the watermelon and milk into the blender. Add some sugar and mix one or two minutes.
