摘 要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,以创造性人才为核心的智力资源成为各国企业竞争的焦点,培养和提高全员整体素质的员工培训理论出现新的发展趋势,而创建学习型组织的员工培训模式便成为响应学习时代要求的重要之举。文章通过对企业员工培训现状及我国企业培训存在的问题的分析,依据彼得·圣吉提出的学习型组织理论,通过学习型组织与传统企业培训的对比分析在五项修炼的基础上构建学习型组织以解决现存企业培训问题。通过对培训需求分析与培训成果转化关键环节的控制以图让学习型组织保持最佳状态。文章核心内容是构建学习型组织并控制关键环节,通过组织学习提升组织能力,从而促进组织发展,促进培训成果转化,提高企业在当今社会的竞争能力。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology further highlighting human capital theory unprecedented attention and practice creative talent at the core of their intellectual resources has become the focus of the enterprises?competition. Full training and upgrading the overall quality of staff appear new theoretical trends.And creating a learning organization staff training model will be an important move responding to the demands of the era of learning. The article based on training in enterprise present condition and our country business enterprise train the analysis of existent problem to the business enterprise and put forward according to the senge PM of learing organization theory pass a learing organization with traditional business enterprise of contrast the analysis establish a study type on the foundation of five disciplines organization with solution existing business enterprise training problem.Pass to let with the diagram to the control that trains need analysis and training achievement to convert key link a learing organization to keep the best status.The article core contents is to set up a learing organization and control key link, pass organization study to promote an organizational capacity help the organization to develop thus promote to train an achievement conversion raise a business enterprise
