摘 要 电化学工作站是一种电化学体系的检测分析设备,广泛应用于电化学基础研究、电镀、金属腐蚀与防护、电解和电化学电源等诸多领域。现在市场上流行的电化学工作站主要采用下位机接口上位机的结构,通常采用AT89C52等低性能的下位机进行电信号的控制和采集,用上位机进行数据的显示和分析,下位机与上位机之间采用RS232接口进行通讯。如果采用速度快、功耗低、内存大的ARM系统作为下位机,采用USB数据接口进行通讯,可以大幅提高电化学工作站的性能。基于ARM系列的STM32芯片和USB 接口的电化学工作站的研制工作至今尚未见报道。 我们采用STM32F103C8T6芯片作为电化学工作站的主控芯片,利用USB模块与上位机进行数据传输,实现了一台电化学工作站样机。在上位机上采用VS2010 C++ MFC 实现了人机交互界面,可以用于Window 7操作系统。利用该样机,我们对食盐水进行了电解分析。实验结果表明该电化学工作站能精确控制输出电压和采集输入电压,达到了预期的目的。 ARM 系统;USB接口技术;VS2010 ABSTRACT Electro-chemical working station is a kind of analysis instrument for electro-chemical system, widely used in many field, such as electro-chemical basic research, electro-deposition, metal-corrosion and protection, electrolysis and chemical electro-power sources.The slaver-interface-master structure is usually applied to the commercial electro-chemical working stations, in which the low-performance slaver, such as AT89C52, is used for the control and acquisition of electrical signals, the major is used for the data display and analysis, RS232 interface is used for the communication between the slaver and the major.If a high-speed, low-loss, and large-memory ARM system is used as the slaver, USB interface is used for communication, the performance of the electro-chemical working station will be greatly enhanced. The design and instrumentation of an electro-chemical working station based on ARM STM32 chip and USB interface has not been reported until now. We realized a sample instrument of an electro-chemical working station, using the STM32F103C8T6 chip as the slaver, USB interface for data communication. The user interface software is programmed using VS2010 C++ MFC, which can be used in Windows 7 operating system. Using this sample instrument, we analyzed the electrolysis of NaCl water solution.
