腰痛方配合西药及牵引治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的的疗效观察 　　【摘 要】目的：观察腰痛方配合西药及牵引治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将60例 　　急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组第1周静脉滴注甘露醇及克林霉素，后2周单纯牵引；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，第1周加用腰痛方。疗程为3周。观察两组患者日本矫形外科学会（JOA）腰痛评分和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果：治疗后，两组患者VAS评分及JOA评分均有改善（P 0.05）；且治疗组优于对照组（P 0.05）。结论：腰痛方与甘露醇及克林霉素合用能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者急性期的临床症状，配合牵引效果更明显。 　　【关键词】 腰椎间盘突出症；急性期；腰痛方；牵引 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.2095-4174.2015.03.004 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Yao Tong Fang（A Prescription for Low Back Pain）combining western medicine and traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation at acute stage.Methods： 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation at acute stage were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，30 cases in each.The control group was given intravenous drip of mannitol and clindamycin in the first week，and traction was made alone in the following 2 weeks；while the treatment group was given Yao Tong Fang based on the treatment of the control group in the first week.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.The Japanese Orthopedic Association（JOA）score and the visual analogue scale（VAS） score of the two groups were observed.Results： After treatment，the JOA score and the VAS score of the two groups were improved 　　（P 0.05），and the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Yao Tong Fang combined with mannitol and clindamycin can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation at acute stage，and the effect will more obvious with traction. 　　【Keywords】 lumbar disc herniation；acute stage；Yao Tong Fang；traction 　　腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation，LDH）是因腰椎间盘发生退行性变，在外力作用下，使纤维环破裂，髓核突出，刺激或压迫神经根，而引起的以腰痛及下肢坐骨神经放射痛等症状为特征的腰腿痛疾患[1]。笔者采用腰痛方配合西药及牵引综合治疗急性期LDH患者30例，现总结报告如下。 　　1 临床资料 　　1.1 一般资料 选取2013年8月至2014年6月在河南省洛阳正骨医院就诊的急性期LDH患者60例，采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组男17例，女13例；年龄22～48岁， 　　平均（36.25±9.46）岁；病程1～9 d，平均（6.33± 　　2.55）d。对照组男16例，女14例；年龄25～49岁， 　　平均（39.37±8.61）岁；病程2～11 d，平均（7.02±2.88）d。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等方面比较，差异无统计学意义
