杜仲腰痛丸在腰椎间盘突出症术后康复治疗中的疗效观察 赵继荣1 杨德龙2△ 朱换平1 陈文1 （1.甘肃省中医院，甘肃兰州，730050；2.甘肃中医学院，甘肃兰州，730000） [摘要] 目的：观察与探讨中成药杜仲腰痛丸口服在腰椎间盘突出症术后康复治疗中的临床疗效。方法：将60例腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后患者随机分为两组，对照组30例，术后进行常规康复功能锻炼；治疗组30例，在进行常规康复功能锻炼的基础上，口服中成药杜仲腰痛丸，观察术后第7天、1个月及术后3个月时两组患者临床表现。结果：治疗组患者在术后第7天、1个月及术后3个月的VSA评分好转率的平均值略高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05)；J0A评分好转率于术后第7天时两组患者无明显差异，但在术后1个月及3个月时两组患者存在差异（P＜0.05)。结论：口服中成药杜仲腰痛丸对于腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的康复有良好的临床效果。 [关键词] 腰椎间盘突出症；术后康复；杜仲腰痛丸 Duzhongyaotong pill in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation postoperative rehabilitation efficacy in the treatment of observation Zhao Jirong1 Yang Delong2△ Zhu Huanping1 Chen Wen1 (1 Hospital of Gansu Province, Gansu Lanzhou, 730050; 2 Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gansu Lanzhou, 730000) Abstract Objective: To observe and explore proprietary Chinese medicine Duzhongyaotong pill therapy in clinical curative effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation postoperative rehabilitation.
