胡枝子属植物的研究进展 　　摘要：概述胡枝子属（Lespedeza Michx.）植物在中国民间药用情况、化学成分、药理作用等方面的研究进展。查阅近年来国内外的有关文献资料，并进行整理和归纳。胡枝子属植物在中国应用广泛，供药用的约有15种，主要含有黄酮、萜类、生物碱类化学成分；多具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗早孕、镇痛等药理活性。中国胡枝子属植物资源丰富，其药用价值值得关注，尤其是它对肾功能的作用，应以药理实验为指导，对其活性成分进行追踪研究，进而开发出安全有效的治疗肾功能不全的天然药物。 　　关键词：胡枝子属（Lespedeza Michx.）植物；药用情况；化学成分；药理作用 　　中图分类号：Q949.95；R28 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2017）13-2406-04 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2017.13.002 　　Research Progress of Lespedeza Michx. Lespedeza plants are widely used in China. About 15 kinds of them used as medicine， mainly contain flavonoids， terpenoids， alkaloids chemical constituents. Many plants have pharmacological activities of anti-inflammatory， allergy， pregnant， analgesia etc. Lespedeza plants are riched in resources in China. The medicinal value is worthy of attention， especially in the aspects of protecting the kidney. Guided by the pharmacological experiments， its active ingredient should be researched to develop safe and effective natural drugs for the treatment of renal insufficiency. 　　Key words： Lespedeza Michx. plant； medicinal conditions； chemical composition； pharmacological effects 　　豆科（Leguminosae）胡枝子属（Lespedeza Michx.）植物资源丰富，在全世界分布约60余种，分布于东亚至澳大利亚东北部及北美。中国产26种，2个变种，除新疆外，广泛分布于中国各省区[1]。该属植物中多种植物作为民间草药使用，有清热解毒、润肺止咳、利水消肿、活血止痛等功效，主要用于治疗感冒发烧、肺热咳嗽、跌打损伤、风湿痹痛、淋症等[2，3]。胡枝子属植物主要含黄酮、萜类、生物碱、甾醇、有机酸、鞣质等化学成分，具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗早孕、镇痛等药理活性。近年来，胡枝子属植物药用价值已受到广泛的关注，现将胡枝子属植物在中??民间药用情况、化学成分和药理作用研究综述如下，旨在为胡枝子属植物的进一步开发和应用提供理论参考。 　　1 胡枝子属植物的民间药用情况 　　在中国胡枝子属植物中供药用的约有15种，有的在民间应用历史悠久、疗效优良，享有盛誉。其中，胡枝子（L. bicolor Turcz）、截叶铁扫帚（L. cuneata）等早在《救荒本草》、《分类草药性》、《滇南本草》中就有记载[2，3]，各地中药典籍中也有其药用记载。表1列举了该属部分种类在中国民间的药用情况。 　　2 胡枝子属植物的化
