四川省成都市城乡居民收入分配差距问题的研究 胡运禄 （西南民族大学 经济学院 ，四川 成都 610041） 摘要：改革开放30多年来，随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入，市场化程度的提高极大地调动了社会各方面的积极性，有效地提高了生产效率，从而使我国的GDP连续30年以平均每年9%的速度健康、持续的增长，“蛋糕”越做越大。然而我国在收入分配领域的矛盾越来越突出，导致改革开放之前尚未出现的城乡居民收入差距不断扩大。党在十七届五中全会提出要合理调整收入分配关系，努力提高居民收入在国民收入分配中的比重、劳动报酬在初次分配中的比重等等，这些都集中体现了国家在收入分配领域的改革。 本文主要研究和探讨了四川省成都市城乡居民收入分配差距的现状、不断扩大的成因，并提出缩小城乡居民收入不断扩大的对策。这样有助于统筹城乡发展，更加注重全面协调可持续发展，更加注重保障和改善民生，加快全面建设小康社会的步伐。 关键词：城乡收入；分配差距；政策建议 Abstract: more than 30 years of reform and opening up, with the chinese economic system reform further, the degree of marketization of improve greatly aroused the enthusiasm of every positive factor from society, effectively promoted the improvement of production efficiency, thus make our countrys GDP grow in 9% average annual, healthy and sustained growth of more than 30 years, makethe cake bigger and bigger. However, in our country, the contradiction of income distribution is more and more outstanding, and then, the income gap between urban and rural areas expand excessively but it is never been appeared before reform and opening up. In the fifth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the party put forward to adjust reasonally the income distribution relationship, improve dweller compensation in national income and labor compensation in primary distribution proportion and so on, these are concentrated embodiment of the national income and distribution reform. This paper mainly studies and explores the income distribution disparity present situation between urban and rural residents in Chengdu Sichuan Province causes and proposed expanding contractible and urban and rural dweller income expands ceaselessly countermeasure research, focusing on redistribution of fields. This helps balance urban and rural’s development, pay more attention to the comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development, the protection and improvement of peoples livelihood, and accelerate society of overall construction well-off pace.
