2006 年第 26 卷 有 机 化 学 Vol. 26, 2006 第 2 期, 247~251 Chinese Journal of Organic Chemistry No. 2, 247~251 ·研究简报· 系列羟基苯基卟啉的合成及其荧光光谱研究 郭喜明 师宇华 张忆华 于连香 师同顺* (吉林大学化学学院 长春 130023) 摘要 按等物质的量比混合两种醛, 采用一步法设计并合成出系列中位取代的对-羟基苯基卟啉, 产物经薄层层析分 析表明: 包括六种卟啉配体混合物, 以中性氧化铝为固定相, 采用不同体积比的氯仿和乙醇为淋洗剂, 对六种卟啉配 体混合物进行分离, 用波谱方法对六种化合物的结构加以确认. 研究了六种卟啉配体的荧光光谱, 结果显示在 440 nm 的荧光强度很弱, 随着卟啉周边羟基的增加而增加; 在 650 nm 的荧光强度很强, 随着卟啉周边羟基的增加而减弱. 关键词 meso-对-羟基苯基卟啉系列; 一步法合成; 分离; 薄层层析; 荧光光谱 Synthesis of p-Hydroxylphenylporphyrin Arrays and Their Fluorescence Spectrum Study GUO, Xi-Ming SHI, Yu-Hua ZHANG, Yi-Hua YU, Lian-Xiang SHI, Tong-Shun* (College of Chemistry, Jilin University, Changchun 130023) Abstract In this paper, p-hydroxylphenyl meso-substituted porphyrin arrays were synthesized by the equivalent mixture of two aldehydes using the one-step method. The analysis of TLC showed that the prod- uct includes six compound. The compounds were separated by column chromatography on the aluminum oxide with different ratios of chloroform/ethanol eluted. The six compounds were confirmed by spectro- scopic analysis, and their fluorescence spectra were studied. The results showed that the fluorescence inten- sity was very weak at 440 nm and enhanced with the hydroxyl increased, and was strong at 650 nm and weakened with the hydroxyl increased for p-hydroxylphenylporphyrin arrays.
