摘 要
碱/表面活性剂/聚合物(ASP)三元复合体系驱油技术是一种发展较晚,但在三次采油中较为成熟的一种技术。该技术的驱油机理是利用三元体系中的碱、表面活性剂和聚合物三种化学剂的协同效应驱油。大庆油田矿场实践表明,三元复合驱可以比水驱提高采收率20%左右。
这种方法展示了令人鼓舞的应用前景,受到了人们的普遍重视,然而三元体系驱油的成本相对较高,如何进一步降低其成本提高效益也是该技术能否大规模应用的关键。本文通过对三元复合体系驱油影响因素的研究力求在降低成本进一步提高采收率方面做出有益工作。通过系统的室内物理模拟实验,较为详细的分析了三元复合驱的主要影响因素,考查了体系的粘度比、主段塞的注入方式及注入速度、体系的界面张力、油层变异系数对体系驱油效果的影响。揭示了影响三元复合体系驱油提高原油采收率的主要因素,为矿场成功应用该技术提供了依据。

Abstract
Alkaline/surfactant/polymer(ASP) flooding system is a lately developed oil displacement technique, but it is a mature technique of tertiary oil recovery. Its displacement mechanism: it uses synergistic effect of alkaline, surfactant and polymer in ASP flooding system to displace oil. Field practices in Daqing oilfield express that ASP flood can enhance recovery efficiency 20% or so than water flood.
The method displays an inspiring application prospects and is widely valued by people. However the cost of ASP flood for oil displacement is higher, and how to further lower its cost and increase the benefit is also the key point that the technique can large-scale applied or not. Through the study of oil displacement effect factor of ASP flood, it tries hard for beneficial work on further lowering the cost and enhancing recovery efficiency in the article. Through systematic indoors physical analogy experiments, it analyzes main effect factors of ASP flood in detail and investigates the increment of viscosity ration, main slug injection manner and rate, interfacial tension, formation variation coefficient and main slug residual resistance factor to affect the oil displacement effect of the system. It reveals main factors that ASP flood enhances recovery efficiency and provides the basis for succeeding in applying the technique in the field.
