第 22 卷第 9 期 腐蚀与防护 Vol.22　N o.9 2001 年 9 月 CO RROSIO N PROT ECT ION September 2001 试验研究 钨酸盐与聚天冬氨酸对碳钢协同缓蚀 　 作用的研究 李 燕 , 陆 柱 (华东理工大学防腐蚀中心 , 上海 200237) 摘 　要 :通过失重法研究了钨酸钠与聚天冬 氨酸(PASP)对 碳钢的协同 缓蚀效应 。 实 验发现 :钨酸钠 与 PASP 对自来水中的碳钢有协同缓蚀作用 , 加入锌离子 可将复配缓蚀 剂的缓蚀率 提高到 97.68 %。 碳钢的 极化曲 线研究 发现 钨酸钠-PASP 和钨酸钠-PASP-Zn2 +复配缓蚀剂均以 抑制阳极反 应为主 , 碳 钢表面 的荧光 分析表明 , 介 质中投 加锌离子会使 PASP 在碳钢表面的吸附量 减少 。 碳 钢表面 膜的红外 光谱表 明 , 聚天冬 氨酸中 的羧基电 离后 , 与碳 钢表面的金属离子生成离子键 。 关键词 :钨酸钠 ;PASP ;碳钢 ;协同效应 中图分类号 :T G174.42　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　文章编号 :1005-748X(2001)09-0371-03 SYN ERGISTIC INHIBITION EFFEC T OF T UNGSTA TE AND POLY-ASPARTATE ON CORROSION OF CARBON STEEL LI Yan , LU Zhu (Center of Co rrosion Preventio n, East China U niversity of Science T echnolo gy , Shang hai 200237 , China) Abstract :Sy nergistic inhibition effect of tungstate and poly-aspartate (PASP) on co rrosion o f carbon steel was studied with weig ht-loss method.It w as found that there was a sy nergistic effect between tungstate and PASP.T he inhi- bition efficiency could be raised to 97.68 % by adding Zn2 + ions to the fo rmulation.T he po tentiody namic polarization studies show ed tha t both the tungastate-PA SP and the tungstate-PASP-Zn2 + controlled the ano dic reaction predominant- ly.UV-visible reflectance spectra and lum
