JIUJIANG UNIVERSITY 毕 业 论 文 题 目 庐山西海旅游景区管理存问题及对策分析 英文题目 Analysis Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Mount Lu West Scenic Area Management 院 系 经济与管理学院 专 业 工商管理 姓 名 郭忠化 班级学号 A112220 学籍编号 11101010220 指导教师 郑汉慧 二零一五年五月   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘 要 伴随着我国经济的快速发展、社会的不断进步，及全球化的冲击，人们在实现基本需求物质需求的基础上，对精神方面的需求在不断增强，而旅游就成为人们主要精神需求之一，各地方的人工风景、自然风景、风土人情受到广大旅游者的喜爱，目前由于人民生活水平不断提高促使旅游业的快速发展，人们对国内景区的规划、开发、保护、管理、经营提出更高的要求，希望旅游景区的发展跟上人们的需求，然而我国很多旅游景区还没有及时引入一些符合基本国情的新的管理思想、好的管理体制、比较有效的管理方法，由此导致诸多新的冲突与矛盾，而游客管理又是我们景区不可忽视的一块，它是提高游客旅游体验质量，实现旅游景区可持续发展的重要途径。在此本文通过分析庐山西海旅游景区管理存在的管理体制与规划、环境污染、安全问题，旅游产品及基础设施有待完善四个主要方面的问题，并针对性地提出了一些改善方法和解决措施。 【关键词】庐山西海 旅游景区 景区管理 对策  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 20 ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy, society, and the impact of globalization, people in the foundation to realize the basic needs of material needs, spiritual needs of growing, and tourism has become one of the main people spiritual needs of tourists, not only to the natural scenery, folk customs of interest, but also on the cultural landscape, shopping, and entertainment also have strong interest. Due to the improvement of peoples living level rapid development to promote the tourism industry, people on the domestic area of planning, development, protection, management, management of higher demands, the development of tourism scenic spots hope to keep up with the needs of the people, but a lot of tourist attractions our country has not timely introduction of some accords with the basic conditions of the new management ideas, good management system, effective management method, which leads to many new conflicts and contradictions, and also our scenic tourist management can not be ignored one, it is to improve the quality of tourist experience, an important way to a
