洋葱中黄酮的优化提取
摘要 L9 (34),优化实验条件,并且对比研究了微波辅助提取法(MAE)与普通加热回法提取洋葱中黄酮的提取率。考察了提取剂浓度、微波提取时间、微波功率、料液比等因素对洋葱中黄酮类化合物提取的影响,确定了微波法提取洋葱中黄酮类化合物最佳的工艺条件。确定了MAE提取洋葱中黄酮的最佳条件为:提取剂浓度85%、微波提取时间3min、微波功率600W、料液比1:20。与传统的回流法进行比较,微波提取法具有提取效率高、所需时间短、提取溶剂用量少、操作方便、便于推广普及等优点, 亦可用于其它样品的提取分析。: 洋葱, 微波提取, 黄酮类化合物, 正交实验设计。
Study on microwave extraction of total flavones from allium cepa
Abstract :To optimize the extracting procedure for flavones from allium cepa. Microwave assisted extraction (MAE) of flavones from allium cepa was optimized by an L9(34) orthogonal experiment. And heating reflux extraction from onion were studied . The effects of extracting solvent concentration, extracting time, microwave irradiation power, ratio of material to liquor on the extraction. yield were investigated. And the optimal conditions of microwave assisted extracting flavones were obtained. The optimized conditions were : extracting solvent concentration:85%,extracting time:3min , microwave irradiation power:600W,ratio of material to liquor on the extraction:1︰20. Compared with the reflux, MAE showed many advantages, such as higher extraction yield, shorter time, use of less solvent , being manipulated expediently and easy to popularize1 At the same time, the method also could be used to distill and analyze other kinsmanship pattern.

2.2.2实验提取溶剂的选择
常用的提取溶剂有甲醇、乙醇等, 但由于甲醇毒性较大, 对人体有一定的危害, 考虑到环保因素, 本实验采用乙醇作为提取溶剂[8,9]。
