阳桃黄酮提取及纯化工艺研究

摘要:黄酮类化合物具有广谱的药理活性和较低毒性,为了开发阳桃Averrhoa Linn)中黄酮类化合物的药用价值,本研
究以阳桃为材料.采取有机溶剂提取与大孔树脂纯化的方法,对阳桃中的黄酮类化合物的提取与纯化工艺进行了研究。结果表明:
脱液量为2.4倍柱体积。
