食品营养与检测专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘要: “工学结合”是实现高技能人才培养目标的有效途径。探讨了“工学结合”人才培养模式,研究和实践了食
品营养与检测专业“3133”工学结合新模式,从该模式的研究目标和技术路线出发,重点介绍了其研究成果、实践
实效和推广效果。实践表明,该模式适应了高职高专的高技能应用型专业人才培养的要求。
