电力电缆供电系统一直有着安全、可靠、美化城市等众多优点,随着社会高速发展,电力电缆供电占地面积越来越少,电缆电容可以提高功率因数等,使电力电缆传输电能的方法占据着供电的主导地位。因为电缆一般都采用穿管或电缆沟敷设的方式,外部运行环境非常复杂。随着城市电缆数量的不断增多以及运行年限的增长,电缆也越来越容易出现各种各样的故障。而在地下电力电缆发生故障时,快速地发现故障并预测出故障点的确切位置是较为困难的,需要花费比较长的时间,运用大量人力、物力,而且还会造成无法估量后果的停电损失。 对于电力电缆故障测寻技术的研究可以提高电缆故障的处理速度,还对电力系统供电的可靠性和稳定性具有决定性的作用。由于电力电缆线路放置位置的隐蔽性及其测试条件的局限性,使得电缆故障点的查找具有一定困难,因此如何合理地选择故障检测设备和使用何种测试方法能准确快速地查找出电缆故障点,并且能缩短停电时间是所有电缆运行人员都非常关心的问题,同时对于这种研究来说,也具有着非常重要的理论和重大的现实意义。 本文研究比对了各种非常实用的电力电缆故障测寻技术,根据不同类型的故障及性质提出了快速而且合理的测寻方法和技术。并且针对实际运行的110kV电缆绝缘和外护套故障,分析其中电缆故障的性质和原因,详细讨论研究了对故障点进行预测定位以及精确定点的方法,以便尽快的进行维修防护,恢复供电,以此来保证电网的安全可靠运行。关键词:电力电缆 测寻步骤 测寻技术Abstract Power cable power supply is safe, reliable, many advantages to beautify the city,along with the rapid development of social production, the power supply cable covers an area of less, the cable capacitance can improve the power factor, the power cable power transmission way occupy the dominant position of power supply. Because the cable generally wear pipe buried underground or into the cable trench laying, complex environment, at the same time with the increase in number of cables and extend the operation time, cable more and more failures. Once the underground power cable fault occurs, quickly detect the exact location of the fault point is more difficult, need to spend a longer time, waste a lot of manpower, material resources, but also cause incalculable loss of outage. Power cable fault detection to improve the processing speed of the cable fault finding technology, plays a decisive role in the power system reliability and stability. Due to the limitations of power cable line invisibility and test conditions make the cable fault finding has certain difficulty, so how to reasonably select the fault test equipment and test method of quickly and accurately find the cable fault shorten outage time is the cable operators are very concerned about the issue, but also has a very important theoretical and practicalsignificance of this research.
