联合应用抗缪勒管激素和血清抑制素B对卵巢储备功能评估的临床意义【摘要】目的探讨抗缪勒管激素(antimullerian hormone,AMH)和血清抑制素B(inhibin B,INHB)对于评估女性卵巢储备功能的意义。方法采集2011年12月至2015年3月在我院妇产科接受体外受精(IVF)的女性不孕不育患者77例及68例健康女性血清。采用ELISA检测AMH和INHB水平。在月经周期的第3天检测卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌激素(E2)水平,并采用经阴道超声记录双侧卵巢窦卵泡数(Arc)。结果正常健康女性的AMH、INHB和Arc计数均高于女性不孕不育患者 (P0.05);而FSH和E2水平低于女性不孕不育患者 (P0.05)。Arc与AMH 呈正相关,r=0.74,P<0.05;Arc与INHB呈正相关,r=0.76,P<0.05;Arc与FSH和E2无相关性,r分别=0.05和0.01,P值均>0.05。结论女性不孕不育患者的AMH和INHB是反映卵巢储备功能的灵敏指标。【关键词】抗缪勒管激素;血清抑制素B;卵巢储备功能;预测Combined use of anti mullerian tube hormone and serum inhibin B to evaluate the clinical significance of the ovarian reserve function【 Abstract 】 Objective to study the anti mullerian tube hormone (antimullerian hormone, AMH) and serum inhibin B (inhibin B, INHB) for evaluating the significance of female ovarian reserve function. Methods collected between December 2014 and March 2014 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology infertility among women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) patients serum in 77 cases and 77 cases of healthy women. Using ELISA to detect AMH and INHB level. On the third day of the menstrual cycle detection of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estrogen (E) levels, and USES the transvaginal ultrasound record bilateral ovaries sinus follicle number (Arc). Results normal healthy women of AMH, INHB and Arc count were higher than in female infertility patients (P 0.01); And FSH lower than that of female infertility patients (P 0.05). Arc and AMH were positively correlated, r = 0.74, P 0.05; The Arc and INHB were positively correlated, r = 0.76, P 0.05; Arc and FSH no correlation, r = 0.05, P 0.05.
