Abstract: The development of looking for surplus oil and improving the efficiency of this technology by jianghan oil field has entered the fortified stage. The three dimensional directional wells with common difficulties are all designed with “S” shaped well trajectoty. With the restrictions of the aboveground conditions, Wang 4 inclined-5-3B must be designed to “Z” shaped well trajectoty to meet the geological demands. This article introduces the technological difficulties and constructed countermeasures of the control technology for well trajectoty on three dimensional “Z”shaped circular arc with inclined planes. It established a certain base for the future research and application on special directional well of turning emergent corner and changing direction.

摘要: 江汉油田开展剩余油挖潜增效已进入了攻坚战的阶段,一般难度较大的三维定向井都设计成“S”型井眼轨迹,王4斜-5-3B井受地面条件限制,必须设计成“Z”形井眼轨迹才能达到地质要求。本文介绍了三维“Z”形斜面圆弧井眼轨迹控制的技术难点与施工对策,为今后开展拐急弯变方位特殊定向井的研究与应用,奠定了一定的基础。

江汉油田经过40年的开发,地面井网密集,油藏分布状况发生了很大变化,底水油藏,“水锥”油层,井间剩余油,难动用储量的开发程度明显增大,迫切需要应用新工艺、新技术进行挖潜增效。王4斜-5-3B井位于潜江凹陷王场中区,钻探目的:根据2005年第3轮井位论证,进行井间剩余油挖潜。该井经过两次定向,采用全力扭方位的定向方案,拐两次急弯,钻进中发生三次井漏,采用钻开一层,封堵一层的办法,堵漏成功。同时,全井采用了三套钻井液体系,确保了该井顺利完钻,并使电测一次成功。设计数据:c靶垂深2400m,方位311.14°,位移109.14m,靶区半径45m。实钻数据:井深2426.72m,垂深2400m,方位308.08°,位移106.71m,靶心距6.05m。见图1:

一、地质要求与剖面设计
王4斜-5-3B井优化地质设计方案,沿断层面设计定向斜井,可钻遇多组油气层和增大油层裸露面积。地质设计的特殊要求:1、要以0°-45°方位角进入目的层,并稳斜穿Eq31.2、Eq41.2、Eq43三油组;2、进入目的层之前沿断层面东西位移不少于80m。为满足以上要求,必须将原设计为一个靶c,人为增加两个靶a、b。第一次定向点选在1700m,第二次定向点选在2130m,最终以方位角17.61°稳斜进入目的层,设计剖面类型:直(自然造斜段)——增斜段——稳斜段——增斜段——稳
