Methods ：Using the measure of circumfluence，get together the total flavone of Robinia pseudoacacia and using the single factor method to investigate it，the times of the examination. Using the method of orthogonal test of L 4 9 （3 ） to investigate it，to review the dosaqe of the solvent，the times of the examination.
