天津海关在推进京津冀协同发展中的通关改革问题研究.docx

内容摘要：随着经济全球化的发展，区域间经济合作越来越紧密。海关不仅担任着出入境监管的重要责任，也面临着区域通关一体化深化改革的重要任务。本文通过对天津海关现有的通关改革政策以及在通关改革中所做出的一系列措施，发现天津海关在管理通关理念上存在一定的偏颇，在具体实施手法中存在一定差距。全文利用文献调查法、专家咨询法、统计分析法发现可以从风险管理、守法便利和减少通关环节作为通关的重要手段。加快提高创新模式，更好的为企业服务。在海关监管区域范围全面整合的基础上，各海关将自身资源整合，取长补短，积极推进环渤海区域海关合作，从而带动区域的经济发展。改革完成后，天津海关将实现建设现代化海关的目标。 关键词：京津冀；协同发展；天津海关；通关改革  Abstract: With the development of economic globalization, regional economic cooperation has become more and more closely.
