PAGE  PAGE 6 埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管结构三维有限元分析 田静1,楚万强1,许新勇2,李颖1 (1.黄河水利职业技术学院,河南,开封,475001;2.华北水利水电学院水利学院,河南 郑州 450011) 摘要:采用三维有限元方法,应用自行编写的弹簧单元加载程序和商用ANSYS软件,考虑钢岔管与围岩间的缝隙值,按照岔管与围岩联合承载,对某水电站的埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管进行结构计算,分析钢衬、混凝土衬砌与围岩联合承载结构特性,进行了围岩性能和初始缝隙值的敏感性分析。结果表明:钢岔管与围岩联合承载时,钢衬及肋板应力变化梯度趋平缓;围岩约束钢衬的位移,使得钢衬结构的位移分布趋于均匀;采用弹簧单元来模拟回填混凝土和围岩,是正确可行的。所得结论可为埋藏式钢岔管的设计提供参考。 关键词:月牙肋钢岔管;有限元分析;水电站;混凝土衬砌 Three-dimentional finite element analysis of embedded crescent-rib reinforced bifurcation structure Tian Jing, Chu Wanqiang, Xu Xinyong, Li Ying (1.Yellow river conservancy technical institute, henan, kaifeng, 475001;2. water conservancy institute of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power,henan, zhengzhou,450011) Abstract: adopting three-dimentional finite element method, Using the procedure written by oneself and commercial ANSYS software , considering the gap between embedded crescent-rib reinforced bifurcated pipe and surrounding rock, in charge of jointly bearing the load with the surrounding rock, Structure characteristic of embedded crescent-rib reinforced bifurcation pipe is analyzed, sensitivity of the surrounding rock mass and initial gap value is alse analyzed. The results showed that stress gradient of the steel liner and crescent-rib panel change gentlely considering of the combining effects of surrounding rock mass and steel bifurcation. The surrounding rock mass restrained displacement of the steel liner and displacement of the steel liner tended towards uniform. It is correct and feasible to adopt the unit of the spring to imitate backfill concrete and surrounding rock mass. The result is satisfactory, can provide reference for practical design of embedded steel bifurcation struture. Key words: crescent-rib reinforced bifurcation structure;finite element analysis; hydropower station;concrete lining 一般来说,岔管位于压力管道的末端,属于复杂的空间组合结构,当承受内、外水压力作用时,水流情况和受力情况都很复杂。由于月牙肋岔管具有受力明确合理、结构尺寸较小、设计方便、水流流态好、水头损失小、结构可靠、制作安装容易等优点,月牙肋岔管在国内外大中型电站及抽水蓄能电站的地下埋管中得到了广泛应用。国内很多学者对埋藏式岔管的结构特性、
