四层观光电梯设计
摘 要
电梯作为一种垂直方向上运行的运输设备,在现代社会生活中,有着举足轻重的地位。电梯动力系统的发展经历了从蒸汽到液压再到电力的过程,其控制系统也随之不断地改进,近30年来,电子技术的巨大发展,尤其是微处理器的不断进步,使得电梯控制系统的设计发生了一场革命。
本设计电梯采用了线性调速的调压调频调速 (VVVF)技术,并且VVVF电梯采用PLC控制,有完善的自检测、自诊断、自保护功能,因而十分安全可靠。而且本电梯是按照理想的电梯运行曲线,通过矢量控制软件对电动机进行精确调节,因而电梯平稳、舒适。另外,本设计采用交流调压调频调速与同规格的传统电梯相比,可节能40%。
本设计还重点研究了电梯门机拖动控制系统的设计,包括两大部分即硬件设计和软件设计,使其运行安全可靠、性能稳定。本设计的门拖动控制系统采用了当前最新的永磁同步伺服系统。

Abstract
Elevator vertical direction as a running transport equipment, in a modern social life, has a decisive role. Elevator power system development experience from steam to power the hydraulic then process its control systems are consistently improving, nearly 30 years ago, electronic technology, the huge development In particular microprocessor advances made elevator control system design undergone a revolution.
The design elevator has adopted the VVVF that varies motors speed linearly. Because the VVVF elevator controlled by PLC has the perfect self-inspection, self-diagnosis,and self-protection, it is perfect safety and very refability. Also the elevator complies with the ideal elevator running curve, and the motor is accurately adjusted by the vector control software, so it is more comfortable. In addition, the VVVF elevator is 40% more power saving than the traditional one.
This design also studies the design of the elevators door-motor control system, includes two part hardware design and software design, make it a stable and reliable door-motor controlling systemis. The door-motor control system of this design adopts the newest Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, which is a important and new est point.
The research mentioned in this design if applied to the elevator project, will win economic and social benefit well.
