三元共聚物的制备、分析与性能评价.doc

摘 要 阳离子聚丙烯酰胺根据其性能广泛应用于水处理领域、造纸领域、纺织领域及其他领域。本文以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酰胺基(2-羟基)丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA-AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)三种单体为原料,采用水溶液复合引发剂聚合法合成了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,并对其溶解性、黏度和絮凝性进行了评价。 考察了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的合成工艺以及影响其溶解性和黏度的重要因素,主要通过单因素实验来确定合成工艺的最佳条件,包括共聚单体种类、阳离子单体的比例以及单体浓度。后续进行正交试验和絮凝评价进一步确定最佳合成工艺路线,使得阳离子聚丙烯酰胺有较好的溶解性、黏度和絮凝性。 研究表明,合成阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的较佳工艺条件为:以AM、ETA-AM、60%DMDAAC三种单体为原料,阳离子单体比例2:1,单体浓度40%,在此条件下合成的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的溶解度较好,能在两小时内完全溶解,絮凝性好。 关键词:阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;三种单体;溶解性;絮凝; Abstract Cationic polyacrylamide according to its performance are widely used in the field of water treatment, paper making field, textile industry and other fields. This paper to acrylamide (AM), acrylic amide (2 - hydroxy) propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (ETA - AM), dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) three monomer as raw material, using aqueous composite initiator polymerization synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide, and the solubility, viscosity and flocculability was evaluated. Investigated the process of the synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide and affect the solubility and viscosity of the important factors, mainly through the single factor experiment to determine the optimum condition of the synthesis process, including copolymerization monomer type, cationic monomer ratio, and monomer concentration. Subsequent to the orthogonal test and flocculation evaluation to determine the optimal synthesis process route, making cationic polyacrylamide has good solubility, viscosity and flocculability. Research shows that the synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide the better technology conditions for: AM, ETA - AM, 60% DMDAAC three monomer as raw material, cationic monomer ratio 2:1, monomer concentration 40%, on this condition synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide is good, the solubility of can completely dissolved in two hours, flocculability good.
