精品论文 参考文献 细辛脑联合多索茶碱治疗AECOPD疗效观察 于 浩 　　（贵州省贵阳市乌当区人民医院 贵州 贵阳 550018） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨细辛脑联合多索茶碱治疗AECOPD的临床疗效，并总结临床经验。方法：从2014年01月至2015年01月期间来我院内科进行治疗的AECOPD患者中随机抽取120例，平均分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组采用多索茶碱进行治疗。观察组在多索茶碱治疗的基础上联合细辛脑进行治疗。评价两组患者不同治疗后的治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率情况。结果：两组患者不同治疗以后，观察组患者发热改善率为97.19%，咳嗽咳痰症状改善率为89.91%，喘息症状改善率为82.36%。肺部罗音改善概率为90.13%，均优于对照组（P＜0. 05)；观察组患者的显效率为35.78%，有效率为59.91%，治疗总有效率为95.69%，均明显高于对照组（P＜0. 05)；观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.33%，明显低于对照组（P＜0. 05)。以上差异均具有统计学意义。结论：细辛脑联合多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期AECOPD的临床疗效显著，安全性高且不良反应的发生概率低，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】细辛脑；多索茶碱；AECOPD；临床观察； 　　【中图分类号】R563 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0040-01 　　Asarone joint AECOPD doxofylline treatment curative effect observation 　　【Abstract】Objective: to study the joint asarone doxofylline the treatment of AECOPD clinical curative effect, and summarize the clinical experience.Methods: from jan 2014 to jan 2015 to our hospital for medical treatment of AECOPD randomly 120 cases, divided into control group and observation group, on average.The control group USES the doxofylline treatment.Observation group on the basis of doxofylline treatment combined asarone for treatment.Evaluation of two different group of patients after total effective treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results: Two different group of patients after treatment, the observation group of patients with fever period was 97.19%, the symptoms of cough and expectoration period was 89.91%, the symptoms of breathing period was 82.36%.Lung rale improve the probability of 90.13%, were better than control group (P lt; 0. 05)；the total effective rate of the treatment of patients with observation group %, significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0. 05);Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions for 3.33%, significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0. 05).Conclusion: asarone joint doxofylline the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute aggravating period of AECOPD clinical curative effect is d
